Down River Body Works, Inc. has been providing expert collision repair since 1991. Why is that important to you? Quality and customer service are the main goals of Down River Body Works. We stand behind the work we do 100%. Our primary mission is to help you properly restore your damaged vehicle to pre-accident condition as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Insurance Repair
While we are a Direct Repair Facility for several major insurance companies, we also work with whatever insurance company is handling your claim. Your insurance company may recommend that you take your vehicle to one of their preferred shops, but you are entitled by law to take your vehicle to the shop of your choice.
Towing and Rental Cars
If you are involved in an accident after hours or on the weekend, please call our towing company City Towing, Inc. at 313.388.9200 in Lincoln Park to arrange for a tow to our facility. If you are in need of alternate transportation, you can contact Company Car Rental at 313-383-9300, our on site car rental company. Their hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
